Bohemian Paradise
Every detail of our breakfast was gorgeous.
Our second day of cycling, we rode a 29-mile loop from Mcely. In the morning we cycled past farm fields and into dense forests. Our guide, Mandy, showed us the fruit trees alongside the road and explained how the fruits which were ripe for eating belong to anyone who wishes to pick them.
Our destination for lunch was Bučický mlýn, an old wood mill that has been converted into an event space. The chef, Jakob, once ran two busy and highly acclaimed restaurants in Prague but has since chosen a quieter life. It was truly delicious with many ingredients grown, raised, and made on site.

In the afternoon, we lounged at the pool. It was the finest pool I have ever seen, complete with an inflatable pink swan.
Later we had a delicious home-cooked meal at a local farmhouse.
